Paying your utility bill has never been easier. We have several convenient payment options to help you pay your bill.

Please use your 16-digit Liberty Utilities account number for payments. This number begins with “44” and is located in the upper right corner of your monthly statement.

One Time Payment

With our One Time Payment option, payments can be made using a credit card, ATM debit card or checking account. A fee of $3.75 will be collected for each transaction. This is an administration fee that is collected by the payment service provider. Liberty Utilities does not profit from this fee.

E-Bill

When you enroll in e-Bill, monthly bills can be viewed online. Payments can be made each month as a one-time payment from your checking account or you can set up worry free automatic payments.

It’s important to note that when you enroll in e-Bill you will no longer receive paper bills. We’ll send you an email to let you know your statement is ready to be viewed online. You may print a copy for your records if required.

To pay by mail, please return the lower portion of your statement along with a check or money order in the envelope provided with your bill. The remittance address below must show through the envelope window.

NOTE: Please allow 7-10 business days for payment to post to your account. If you are paying a past due account please contact a customer service representative at 1-800-833-4200 and confirm your payment.
