Convenient Payment Options

Liberty Utilities provides several options to pay your bill.

Pay Online

There are two options for paying your bill online:

E-bill Option: Pay with your Checking Account

When you enroll in e-Bill, you can view your monthly bills online. Payments can be made monthly as one-time payment from your checking account or you can set up automatic payments. It’s important to note that when you enroll in e-Bill, you will no longer receive paper bills. We’ll send you an email to let you know your statement is ready to be viewed online.

One-Time Payment Option: Pay with Credit Card, ATM Debit Card or Checking Account

With our one-time payment option you can make a payment using a credit, ATM debit card or checking account without enrolling in our e-Bill program. You will still receive paper bills in the mail. Effective in March 2014 there will be a flat fee of $3.75 per payment for making a One-Time credit/debit card payment online.

NOTE: Online payments will take 12 -24 hours to post to your account. If you are paying a past due account please contact a customer service representative and confirm your payment. Maximum payment amount is $1200 per payment. Customers may make a maximum of 3 payments within a 5 day period and a maximum of 5 payments within a 30 day period.

Pay by Phone

Payments can be made by credit card, ATM debit card or checking account by calling 1-800-833-4200. You can either use our 24/7 automated payment system or speak with a customer service representative during normal call center hours. Call center hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). Effective in March 2014 there will be a flat fee of $3.75 per payment for making a One-Time credit/debit card payment by phone.

Pay by Mail

To pay by mail, please return the lower portion of your statement along with a check or money order in the envelope provided with your bill. The remittance address below should show through the envelope window. If you do not have a return envelope with your statement, your payment should be mailed to:
