Paying your utility bill has never been easier. We have several convenient payment options to help you pay your bill.

One Time Payment

With our one-time payment option you can make a payment using a credit, ATM debit card or checking account without enrolling in our e-Bill program.

You will still receive paper bills in the mail. There is a flat fee of $3.75 per payment for making a One-Time credit/debit card payment online.

When you enroll in e-Bill, you can view your monthly bills online. Payments can be made monthly as one-time payment from your checking account or you can set up automatic payments.

It’s important to note that when you enroll in e-Bill, you will no longer receive paper bills. We’ll send you an email to let you know your statement is ready to be viewed online.

You can either use our 24/7 automated payment system or speak with a customer service representative during normal call center hours. Call center hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). Effective in March 2014 there will be a flat fee of $3.75 per payment for making a One-Time credit/debit card payment by phone.

NOTE: Please allow 12-24 hours for your payment to post to your account. If you are paying a past due account please contact a customer service representative and confirm your payment. Maximum payment amount is $1200 per payment. Customers may make a maximum of 3 payments within a 5 day period and a maximum of 5 payments within a 30 day period.

Phone payments can be made by credit card, ATM debit card or checking account.

To pay by mail, please return the lower portion of your statement along with a check or money order in the envelope provided with your bill. The remittance address below should show through the envelope window.

NOTE: Please allow 5-7 business days for payment to post to your account. If you are paying a past due account please contact a customer service representative and confirm your payment.

Liberty Utilities Walk-in Centers: Accepted payment types are cash, checks, money orders, debit card, credit card, or enroll in EFT. Please note: there will be a flat fee of $3.75 per credit/debit card payment.

NOTE: Please be aware CheckFreePay® Wal-Mart locations will accept cash and debit only. Wal-Mart does not accept checks. Please allow 12-24 hours for your payment to post to your account. If you are paying a past due account please contact a customer service representative and confirm your payment.

You may walk-in to a Liberty Utilities office or authorized CheckFreePay location to pay your bill.
